High Toughness Polyester Protective Sleeve 12-Strand UHMWPE Core Rope takes UHMWPE fiber as raw material and adds polyester protective sleeve on the outer layer, which greatly increases its friction coefficient and effectively reduces the damage to the overall quality of rope caused by partial wear. UHMWPE has excellent comprehensive properties due to its ultra-high molecular weight, such as wear resistance, impact resistance, self-lubrication, corrosion resistance, shock energy absorption, low temperature resistance, sanitation, non-toxicity, non-adhesion, water absorption, low density and so on. In fact, at present, no single polymer material has so many excellent properties. UHMWPE has unparalleled ultra-high tensile strength. The strength of UHMWPE fiber is the highest among all commercial fibers, 4 times larger than carbon fiber, 10 times larger than steel wire and 50% larger than aramid fiber.
